Ingredients
  

  • 25 ml espresso coffee
  • 25 ml brandy
  • 1 pc egg yolk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Brew 25 ml of espresso into a small glass. Add 25 ml of brandy to taste.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of honey. Gently float this mixture on top of the espresso.
  • Top the coffee with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes

If you don't have an Espresso Machine, no problem! A stovetop Moka pot or an AeroPress can also deliver a robust espresso base.

Non-Alcoholic Version: Replace the brandy with a splash of vanilla extract or a dash of almond syrup for a family-friendly treat.
